We’re seeking a full-time Acquisitions Manager to help source and secure properties while building relationships with wholesalers, property owners, and key partners. The ideal candidate is experienced in off-market real estate acquisitions and negotiations, has a high-performance mindset, and thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
JOB SUMMARY
As Acquisitions Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our property portfolio by managing relationships and implementing direct-to-seller marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with our operations team, analyze property values, negotiate deals, and estimate rehab costs. Proficiency with G Suite, CRM tools, and knowledge of the Tulsa market are required. This is a full-time, remote role with significant earning potential.

- Compensation: $3,000/month salary for your first 3 months during ramp-up, plus $1,000 per deal at closing. After the property is renovated and sold, you earn 6% profit share. Most commissions can be expected within 30-60 days.
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $65,000 to $85,000 per year minimum, with the potential for more based on performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers
- Develop and execute direct-to-seller marketing
- Manage and follow up on leads using CRM tools
- Analyze property values and estimate rehab costs
- Negotiate purchase contracts
- Schedule and attend seller appointments (virtual/in-person)
- Document property walkthroughs and findings
- Track work progress and report via Slack/Google Drive
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company grows
- Use technology efficiently for communication and task management
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Team player, self-starter, and relationship builder
- Familiarity with Tulsa and local market
- Proficient with G Suite, real estate software, and CRM tools
- Able to provide professional references
- Adaptable and eager to grow with the company
