The Transaction Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our legal team, providing expert support in real estate transactions, compliance, and litigation matters. This position demands a blend of real estate knowledge, legal acumen, and a deep understanding of wholesaling practices. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a track record of managing complex legal processes efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis related to real estate wholesaling, including but not limited to probate, property laws, zoning regulations, and contract law.
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Track the progress of all transactions and consistently follow up with paperwork between client’s, communication with legal teams, and other third party personnel to ensure transactions are closed on time.
- Prepare commission statements for all closing transactions, bank deposits, and reviewing escrow/commission routing slips for escrow deposits
- Act as a liaison between all parties lawyers and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring all legal considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, managing client databases, and preparing reports
- Oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions, including title searches, property surveys, and risk assessments.
- Manage and respond to legal inquiries or disputes, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
- Keep well-informed of regulatory changes and industry trends, advising the legal and executive teams on potential impacts and strategies for compliance.
- Support the legal team in litigation matters, preparing case documents, and organizing evidence.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegal staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or other related fields
- 5+ years of paralegal, real estate, or wholesaling experience
- Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is highly preferred
- Expertise in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles or mortgages is highly valued
- Exceptional research, analytical, and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office applications, Dotloop, Docusign, and Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Base Pay of $80,000 + quarterly bonuses
