Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly energetic, tenacious, resilient, and strong communicator to join our team as an Investment Sales Manager. In this role, there will be an emphasis on building relationships with experienced real estate investors within our current database as well as cultivating new relationships on behalf of the Company. These relationships will be built, maintained, and managed for the purpose of selling properties held and controlled by our Company. You must be comfortable with negotiating, closing sales, and using basic math. The basic math skills will be essential for you to be able to understand what makes a good deal by evaluating after-repair sale values, estimated repair costs, and profit expectations. Your main goal will be to sell properties to an end buyer. An outgoing and persuasive communication style will be critical to your success in establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with our end buyers while always maintaining control of every negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and build relationships with buyers on a regular and consistent basis
• Market our available properties utilizing online and offline marketing strategies
• Willing to get on the phone and be in-person with buyers, including consistent follow-up
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Generate and close your assigned leads and contracts in a timely manner
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and act as lead contact for buyers
• Receive and review buyers/investor purchase contracts
• Negotiate with buyers on properties and overcome price objections and sell company's assets
• Network with new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list
• Use the CRM (Salesforce) daily to add, update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Much of your time will be spent on the phone building relationships and closing deals
• Maintain regular reporting against KPIs and goals
• Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales, hitting KPIs/goals, negotiations, and closing sales - should be itching to make and close deals!
• Enthusiastic about your work and providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
• Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills, over the phone, inperson, and via email
• Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types

• Experience with a CRM and other sales tools preferred, but not required - we use Salesforce

PAY:
Base Salary = $50,000
Commission = 1.5%
