ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with each lead efficiently to convert them to clients
- Inform and share detailed home information with internal team to obtain price for clients
- Negotiate an offer with the client and complete all necessary documentation
- Manage key relationships with internal staff and management, clients, competitors, industry associations, and other sources regarding potential growth opportunities for business
- Convey the brand promise “Feel the Joy” experience each step of the way to ensure a simple, stress free, trustworthy, straightforward, caring and personalized service
- Close deals
- Daily reporting of sales activities
- Maintain and exceed company quotas
- Attend in-person meetings with property owners
QUALIFICATIONS
- Team player
- 6-8 years’ sales experience, real estate knowledge is a plus
- Self-starter
- Strategic thinker
- Approachable & ability to establish relationships
- Great attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to set and close appointments
- Loves to talk with different kinds of people
- Must be motivated to succeed in a highly unstructured and competitive environment
- You must have a clear speaking voice and better than great communication skills
- You must be able to articulate a clear message through email
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to use seasoned judgement/risk management
- Ability to obtain Real Estate License (can obtain after hire)
- Proven ability to develop positive and collaborative working relationships
