JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded BDC to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with potential sellers and plays an instrumental role in converting marketing functions to acquisition opportunities. The BDC will serve as the first point of contact with potential sellers, building rapport, following our internal sales process, and effectively extracting the necessary information to analyze the deal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound and Outbound Sales calls
- Manage the sales process (following up, scheduling calls etc.)
- Follow up on leads using team standards with the goal of scheduling appointments
- Network and prospect for motivated sellers through cold calling and events
- Work with the team to identify opportunities in "Off-Market" segments
- Qualify sellers as candidates for a cash offer or listing their home
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM preferred and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in data entry and research
- 1-3 years of service, sales, and/or management experience or 3-5 years of administrative experience
