JOB SUMMARY
We are searching for a dedicated, self-motivated, hungry Acquisitions Director who is responsible for sourcing, assessing, funding, and closing commercial assets to meet quarterly targets and enhance the company's market reputation. This role involves coordinating acquisitions valued between $3-10MM per quarter, optimizing lead generation strategies, and managing CRM activities.
The director must possess strong people skills, integrity, leadership, and a proactive work ethic to build rapport with prospects and team members, ensuring high standards and effective decision-making. Additionally, the director plays a crucial role in assisting with the training program by engaging with the REI Accelerator Training, participating in group coaching calls, and potentially teaching sessions on commercial acquisitions.
Compensation includes a base salary, commissions on acquisitions and capital raised, and potential bonuses, with a focus on continuous improvement and engagement in industry events and training. The role offers flexibility in work hours and location, with the expectation of availability for team and client communications during standard business hours. Applicants should be within a reasonable driving distance of Columbus, Georgia.
What we offer
Compensation:
Base salary of $10k/month
1% of acquisitions at closing
2% of capital raised
On track earnings of $14k/month from front-end sales, paid out over 12 months
Total minimum earnings of $24k/month
Potential bonuses of approximately $4,000+, leading to total earnings of $28-30k/month
Referral Bonus:
10% of any referrals for the mastermind (e.g., $48k referral = $4.8k bonus)
Work Environment:
Remote work with occasional events/property visits
Flexibility to work own hours, with availability required from 9-5ish for team/client communication
Professional Development:
Participation in BOD team meetings and 1-2 group coaching calls
Opportunities to teach and speak at industry events
Involvement in the REI Boardroom and lead generation strategies
Education Support:
Engagement with REI Accelerator Training
Opportunities to conduct monthly/weekly Q&A calls on commercial acquisitions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, assess, fund, and close on the projected amount of commercial assets per quarter to increase company rapport in the market.
Successfully find and coordinate acquisitions, aiming for 2 deals valued between $3-10MM per quarter.
Source deals through organic and paid traffic, utilizing the mastermind community to enhance deal flow.
Send at least 5 quality Letters of Intent (LOIs) per week, adjusting as needed.
Build systems within the community/mastermind to identify more partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with underwriting to ensure accurate analysis of potential deals.
Send reports on all deals at each stage of the process.
Follow up and negotiate with sellers to secure favorable terms.
Build systems and follow processes for contract-to-close items, including due diligence and raising capital.
Oversee property inspections and manage physical property due diligence.
Help find capital partners through organic and paid funnels, leveraging the group and network.
Attend industry events as needed to expand network and opportunities.
Contribute to the REI Boardroom and teach on commercial acquisitions, potentially conducting monthly/weekly Q&A calls.
Speak at industry events to represent the organization and share expertise.
Grow lead generation results and services, optimizing strategies for accelerator training and Done-For-You (DFY) services.
Manage and grow the VA management service team, including recruitment.
Stay up to date with numbers and manage team CRM activities, ensuring high standards and poise in crucial conversations.
