JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team in the real estate investment industry located in Richardson, TX. This person must be a sales closer, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with taking risks, independent, confident, firm and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team. This is a great fit for an entry level sales person who is hungry and moldable.

• 4k monthly base, 5% commission on all deals. First year OTE $120k

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property

• Setting up seller appointments along with drafting contracts, contract negotiations, contract closing!

• Leads are provided to you (Warm/Hot)

• Assessing rehab costs and after-repair-value of the home

• Build trust quickly in a short time- brand ambassador to promote the company.

• Ability to solve problems and get results. Integrity but profit minded

• Understanding and updating CRM as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of sales experience minimum

• This is a great fit for an entry level sales person who is hungry and moldable.

• Track record of success in sales

• Team player, Self-starter, Approachable

• Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker, Excellent follow-up skills

• Ability to set and close delas

• Relationship building skills
