JOB SUMMARY
We are eagerly seeking a motivated and resilient Home Buying Specialist to join our
team! This is a full-time, long-term position with limitless opportunities. In this role, you
will assist homeowners in selling their properties quickly by providing customized
solutions and negotiating win-win deals with pre-qualified leads. Immerse yourself in the

community. If you have a proven track record of success and a passion for the real

necessary!
Location: This is a full-time position based in the greater Colorado Springs area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide tailored solutions to homeowners by addressing their unique needs and
helping them sell their properties quickly, often for cash - Meet with pre-qualified leads face-to-face, negotiating real estate deals that
benefit both clients and the business - Build and strengthen relationships within the Colorado Springs community by
networking with investors, real estate agents, and neighbors to uncover new
opportunities - Identify profitable real estate investment opportunities and structure deals to
maximize returns - Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process, ensuring
their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service - Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies that contribute to
overall success - Stay informed on local real estate market trends and regulations to offer accurate
advice and stay competitive - Maintain a professional work style that balances confidence and directness with
empathy for homeowners' unique situations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience not required!)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue
targets - Comfortable going into homes and negotiating with homeowners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish trust and
build lasting client relationships - Curious and eager to embrace new learning opportunities, including our sales
training process - Resilient with the ability to bounce back from challenges and maintain a positive
attitude - Self-motivated and independent, capable of managing your own schedule
- Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage leads and track
progress - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
