JOB SUMMARY

We are growing quickly and need a great Sourcing Specialist who are highly experienced in Sourcing candidates and can work full-time or part-time, working toward full-time. This opportunity is focused on finding the right Top Talent for opportunities nationwide and assisting Leadership and Admin team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you’d strive to review over 100+ resumes daily and reach out directly to an average of 30-50+ qualified professionals daily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Recruiters, to debrief on their in-take meeting with the hiring manager to understand hiring needs
- Source a high volume of potential candidates on Indeed, - LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
- Assess which candidates fit the client’s criteria for the position
- Submit successful candidates to recruiters for review
- Communicate any challenges you may have during the sourcing process
- Submit weekly progress updates to recruiters and the leadership team
- Attend two weekly check-ins every week


QUALIFICATIONS
- Superior sourcing skills, a minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience – finding qualified candidates using keywords and - Boolean search strings
- Has strong experience working as an administrative staff
- Has strong experience with LinkedIn and Indeed
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and polish with written candidate communication
- Experienced in using Microsoft Offices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy
